SOBRE MARTA CAROL

I was born in the Eixample of Barcelona. My father almost every day dedicated some time to paint as he was textile manufacturer and liked to design his own printed fabrics. He enjoyed teaching me to paint when he discovered I had inherited his love of drawing and painting. I lived, also, very close to my uncle Antonio who was an amazing painter. I loved to draw and paint more than other subjects and since I was a child in my School I was going to listen in the class but always sat away from teachers because I was drawing. For several years I alternated my work at City Hall with paint and I had to deliver many works throughout the year. Sometimes it was very stressful. Nowadays I accomplished work in what always wanted. I made landscapes, still lifes, seascapes and portraits by charge. I worked for the art collection of the American company Sunrise Exclusive Art.
